About Drew

Real estate, to me, has never been just about property. It’s about people, opportunity, and the communities we build together.

I began working in the industry in 2012 with a background in project and construction management, which shaped the way I approach real estate today. I believe clients deserve more than someone who simply opens doors. They deserve an advocate who understands the mechanics of homes, the complexity of transactions, and the responsibility that comes with guiding people through one of life’s biggest decisions.

My partner and I drove across the country with our dogs to build a life in North Carolina, and we’ve proudly planted roots in Downtown Raleigh. Growing up in Guam, I learned the value of community early on. The island spirit I was raised with feels deeply connected to the Southern hospitality I’ve found here in North Carolina.

Alongside serving my clients, I am deeply committed to housing advocacy and professional leadership. I believe that integrity in real estate also means participating in the systems that shape housing policy, fairness, and opportunity.

I am an active member of the Triangle Board of Realtists (TRIBOR), the local chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), an organization founded to secure equal housing opportunities regardless of race, color, or creed. I have served as Assistant Secretary for TRIBOR and currently serve as 3rd Vice President.

Within the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (RRAR), I have served on the Community Service Task Force and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, where I served as Vice Chair and now Chair. I also contribute to the association through the Strategic Planning and Finance Committees.

At the state and national levels, I serve on the NC REALTORS® Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and the National Association of REALTORS® State and Local Issues Policy Committee.

Beyond the real estate industry, I serve on the City of Raleigh Fair Housing Advisory Board and have previously participated in community advisory work supporting the John Chavis Memorial Park, South Park Heritage Walk, and John P. “Top” Greene Park bond projects.

I am also a member of the Triangle REALTOR® Leadership Academy, continuing to develop the leadership skills necessary to advocate for stronger housing policy and healthier communities.

In recognition of the service I provide to my clients, I’ve been honored with back-to-back Quality Service Awards from Century 21.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me playing basketball, exploring more of the South, or spending time with my loved ones and pets.

Because at the end of the day, home isn’t just where we live - it’s where our communities, our stories, and our futures take shape.
