About Y'alls Agent - Trusted Real Estate Expertise

Real estate has always represented more than just property for me; it embodies community building, opportunity, and the connections we create together. My journey in the industry began in 2012, fueled by a belief that clients deserve an advocate who understands the intricacies of homes, the complexities of transactions, and the immense responsibility involved in guiding individuals through one of life’s most significant decisions. My partner and I traveled across the country with our dogs, ultimately planting our roots in Downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. Growing up in Guam instilled in me a profound appreciation for community early on, and the island spirit of my upbringing resonates deeply with the Southern hospitality I have embraced here in North Carolina. Alongside serving my clients, I am deeply passionate about real estate advocacy and housing policy. I believe that integrity in real estate is inherently linked to actively participating in systems that promote fairness and equal opportunities in housing.  

As an active member of the Triangle Board of Realtists (TRIBOR), the local chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), I work toward securing equal housing opportunities regardless of race, color, or creed. I’ve held roles such as Assistant Secretary for TRIBOR and currently serve as 3rd Vice President. Additionally, I participate in various committees within the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (RRAR), where I am proud to chair the 2026 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. My commitment extends to the NC REALTORS® Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and the National Association of REALTORS® State and Local Issues Policy Committee. I am also involved with the City of Raleigh Fair Housing Advisory Board and have contributed to community initiatives supporting projects like the John Chavis Memorial Park and South Park Heritage Walk. In recognition of my dedication to my clients, I’ve received consecutive Quality Service Awards from Century 21.  

Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball, following the WNBA or local Triangle college women's basketball, discovering more of the South, and cherishing time with my loved ones and pets. Ultimately, home is not just a physical space - it’s where our communities, our narratives, and our futures are built.
